Each item will be ready to ship in 1-3 days. When your order is ready, we will ship it using a tracked and insured postal service. You will receive a dispatch notification from us to let you know it’s on its way to you.

You may also order online and collect your order locally in Berlin, if you live nearby.

What shipping carriers do I use? I use DHL and FedEx.

Will my order be insured? Yes, all shipments are insured from the day they're leaving me until you have them in your hand. For any issues with your delivery, just contact me and I will help you.

EU - for orders over €150: FREE
Rest of the world - for orders over €250: FREE

Orders under €150/€250: €11 Germany / €20 Worldwide 

Pick-up in Berlin: Free 

Shopping from outside of EU? 

Orders shipped within the European Union arrive with no additional fees.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Always check your country's government website regarding rules and fees regarding importing goods so that you don’t get surprised by any customs fees.
