Returns

Can I return my item? Yes, you can return your pieces and receive a refund of your payment up to 30 days after you received your piece. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and shipping costs can not be refunded.

My ring does not fit me, how can I get a different size? 
If your ring does not fit, you can return the ring to me in unused condition and you will receive a new size within 30 days of receiving it. You will need to pay for the exchange(return) shipping.

You must let us know within 30 days of receiving the ring to be guaranteed a free exchange. To start a ring exchange, please email hello@julianesjewelry.com with the subject heading: Ring Exchange 

Who is responsible for shipping a return item? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This complies with §357 of the German Civil Code (BGB), which states that consumers bear return shipping costs if properly informed in advance.

Who is responsible if a return item goes missing? I do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. I therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. 

I have returned the item, what happens next? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days. 

The refund is not yet showing in my account? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at hello@julianesjewelry.com.
