Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Each item will be ready to ship in 1-3 days. When your order is read, I will ship it using a tracked and insured postal service. You will receive a dispatch notification from me to let you know it’s on its way to you.

You may also order online and collect your order locally in Berlin, if you live nearby.

What shipping carriers do I use? I use DHL and FedEx.

Will my order be insured? Yes, all shipments are insured from the day they're leaving me until you have them in your hand. For any issues with your delivery, just contact me and I will help you.

Shipping rates

Germany - for orders over €150  = FREE
Rest of the world - for orders over €250 = FREE

Orders under €150/€250 = €11 Germany / Worldwide = €17

Pick-up in Berlin = FREE 

Shopping from outside of EU? 

Orders shipped within the European Union arrive with no additional fees.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Always check your country's government website regarding rules and fees regarding importing goods so that you don’t get surprised by any customs fees.

Returns

Can I return my item? Yes, you can receive a refund of your payment up to 14 days after you received your piece. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and shipping costs can not be refunded.

Include a note and copy of your order email or  proof of purchase and contact details.

My ring does not fit me, how can I get a different size? 
If your ring does not fit, you can return the ring to me in unused condition and you will receive a new size within 30 days of receiving it. You will need to pay for the exchange(return) shipping.

You must let us know within 14 days of receiving the ring to be guaranteed a free exchange. To start a ring exchange, please email hello@julianesjewelry.com with the subject heading: Ring Exchange 

Who is responsible for shipping a return item? You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Who is responsible if a return item goes missing? I do not accept responsibility for the shipping and safe transit of your returned item. I therefore recommend you use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. 

I have returned the item, what happens next? Once your returned item has been received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days. 

The refund is not yet showing in my account? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at hello@julianesjewelry.com.
